What are your fees?

My fee for an individual session is $180 per 50 minute appointment. Sessions involving more than one person are $210 for 50 minutes. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

Most extended health benefit plans cover psychotherapy by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). Please confirm with your provider prior to your appointment.

Receipts are provided after each session that you can submit for your benefit provider for reimbursement.

I currently accept e-transfer or credit card.

Do you Offer a Free Consultation?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we are a a good fit and how my services can best meet your therapeutic goals.

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients may cancel their appointment without penalty 48 hours prior to their appointment. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled appointment. Reminders about appointments are sent 48 hours prior to your session.

What can I Expect from my First Session?

Your first appointment will focus on building rapport, establishing trust, and laying the groundwork for the therapeutic process, including a review of confidentiality. The session is designed to create a safe and supportive space to begin addressing your concerns.
